Friendlies Chemist Perth is a franchise of the FRIENDLIES CHEMIST GROUP in W.A. We are one of about 30 stores over W.A and are Q.C.P.P (Quality Care Pharmacy Program) certified to a high level.

1. The services we offer.

 

We offer a FULL range of pharmaceutical, medical and naturopathic products and advice to ALL customers. We endeavour to stock all your needs but if, for any reason, a particular product or service is unavailable at the time WE will make sure to source it for you or provide a means where you can find a satisfactory alternative to it.

 

 2. How customers will be treated in the pharmacy.

 

ALL customers are treated in the same courteous, caring and efficient manner at all times. At some times we may be BUSIER than usual and there may be a short wait involved but your health is our MAIN concern. All customers can access the pharmacist for advice and counselling and you will be treated with the utmost privacy in a more private area if you wish. If we find your health problems are more serious we can recommend a medical service that is convenient AND prompt for you.

 

 3. How customers can assist in their pharmacy experience.

 

Please NOTE some medications are restricted to advice only sales and need professional advice for their sale from either the staff or in some cases the Pharmacist or Dispensary Staff themselves. This is to ensure your health needs are met well and there are no contradictions. If the pharmacist’s are busy they will endeavour to fulfill your requests and needs as soon as possible. Any questions that either they, or the staff ask of you is designed to achieve the most effective and safe health outcome for you. It is always done in a confidential manner.

 

 4. How we will try and improve our service.

 

We always strive to achieve the best in customer service but if there is any comment or improvement in our service that you may wish to add then don’t hesitate to either write by mail or e-mail or contact us in person at the pharmacy or by telephone. Complaints can also be made this way and we will ALWAYS endeavour to satisfy any concerns you may have.
